*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Engineer at Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt. Ltd. located in the Greater Surat Area. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as environmental compliance of EPR under PWM Rules 2016. The role involves actively participating in EPR compliance assessment and working with local bodies for effective waste management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :
– Ensuring compliance with PWM registration, EPR regulations, and other regulatory frameworks.
– Managing client communication and resolving compliance-related queries.
– Overseeing the submission of documentation to regulatory authorities.
– Monitoring legal and environmental compliance for the organization.
– The role involves actively participating in EPR compliance assessment and working with local bodies for effective waste management.
🔹 Requirements :
– Proven experience in compliance management.
– Strong knowledge of EPR, PWM regulations, and environmental laws.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Utilize MS Office suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel skills, to manage and analyze compliance data.
